Your second visit includes a detailed review of your lab results, progress with lifestyle and nutrition changes, and a personalized wellness plan with clear, actionable steps.
During your third visit, we’ll review your progress, address any challenges, and make personalized adjustments to your plan to keep you on track.
Follow-up appointments are available as needed to provide continued guidance, fine-tune your plan, and ensure sustained progress.

** About 3–4 months after starting your wellness plan, we’ll repeat key labs to check your progress. This visit serves as a checkpoint to evaluate improvements and make any needed adjustments. Most patients have 5–7 visits in the first year and then move to maintenance check-ins 1–2 times per year.
